Customer Service

Job description:

Tracking, Tracing and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis.

Accurate and timely data entry into company system.

Effective communication with customers, all service providers and agencies through a high volume of emails and phone calls and verbal contact.

Maintain strong and effective relationship with all service providers.

Seek business chance and pass to sales department.

Have the desire to understand the operation process flow and constantly seeking improved way for efficiency. identify areas of improvement to current operation practices and cost control and attention to detail.

Report working process for trouble cases to management timely.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.


Skills / Education / Experience:

A min of 1 year experience in freight forwarding highly desired.

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Prepared to learn all aspects of the team’s work with desire and ability to provide coverage and assistance on a regular basis.

Ability to work efficiently and accurately.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Customer focused with proactive attitude.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
